    Pros

Great emphasis on work-life balance, good company culture which doesn't expect you to pledge your undying loyalty or put in extra hours, if you have a good manager you'll always know how you're doing and if you're looking good for advancement opportunities.

    Cons

Compensation starts low and it's difficult to move up with so many entry-level employees competing for just a few middle management spots. Also, incredibly boring work, but they let you listen to your iPod and surf the internet with no blowback as long as you meet your quotas.

    Advice to Management

Do more to engage entry-level employees in the company's overall strategy, growth, and outlook. It often felt like we were just moving numbers around without meaning.
