I have been working at West Corporation full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You get to decide how much money will be on your paycheck. It's so easy to trade shifts and even pick up extra hours and make even more money per hour. Yes it's a call center for customer service and the customers aren't always awesome to talk to, but there is usually a lot of downtime between calls and you can basically sit there and read a book all day long if you wanted to. Getting paid to just sit and read a book. And plenty of overtime if you want. It's a dream.

    Cons

Sometimes the customers are terrible or just plain stupid. You can only be late to work twice a week without being penalized. One minute late has the same consequences as an hour late. You are given a schedule based on their needs for call volume, which is kinda outta wack. Your break times are scheduled and are different everyday.
