It's a good place to work to gain experience, but the hours are terrible. good if you have no life.

you gain experience but that's about it, the pay is mediocre and the hours are terrible. Work with WDS at your own risk

terrible hours, under paid, over worked, no recognition for going the extra mile when doing your job. If you do go the extra mile they ask for more, then more. Management doesn't seem to want to work. they usually pass all the work to the clerks or the receptionists. They offer very little training and no real definition of individual tasks. The new office managers don't particularly like to work and mostly depend on the clerks who have been there longer (making them do the majority of the daily load). Once you work there its made very clear that one is replaceable so you get a sense of insecurity and if management doesn't personally like you, they make it a priority to get rid of you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lazy bunches, all they do is sit around the office doing the 'schedule' for weeks or on their phone. No professional manners, it would be nice to see an office manager partake in the daily tasks of the office, but nowadays it's unheard of. The direction the president of WDS wants to take the company is good, though the way management goes to implement the change is shady.
