I worked at Western Reserve Farm Coop

Hours were good for a retail environment, other than that I can't say there was any good reason to work there.

Have no clue what directions they want to head. Very knee jerk reactions to situations, upper management has absolutely no clue what their doing. Benefits are very low quality are only medical & dental, there is no type of disability insurances. 401k is ok. This place is still trying to run like an old time farm coop instead of a modern 2011 business. They don't value their employees at all, as a matter of fact they preach that they are an employee at will company and to "just get rid of them" or "I have no problem making an example of people". Low pay with high expectations for learning products for hourly staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Time to move into 2011, changing employees is not a way to grow your company, recognize that your employees do a good job. The old time farm coop is gone, time to move forward.
