    Pros

Some bonding between employees. A few good role models who can help you out with anything.

    Cons

Corporate was always horrible to deal with often making unreasonable requests. Some managers were terrible influences and half assed their job on a daily basis while at the same time treated their employees less than human. Way too low pay for sales associates who have hard jobs. Bland atmosphere. Technology is very outdated. You often find yourself run out of productive things to do which can be frustrating. Not organized well, hard to find things especially in the back room. Working here bored me to death. It rarely felt rewarding after putting in hard work. I had the worst depression and anxiety of my life while working here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire the unproductive mid level managers who set bad examples for employees, up the pay for your hard workers who have stuck with the store, and treat the people you hire like individual beings. Creating an environment where everyone works hard together and respects each other would fix nearly everything.
