    I have been working at Wheeler Clinic full-time (more than a year)


    Being able to help all walks of life and know they can come to a non judgmental environment.


    No one knew how to communicate as far as management high turnover rate for providers in a year.. The office had 8, no consistence. No plan for coverage. No raises, grant funded driven, lack of training. The EHR was not user friendly no proper training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to be more "boots in the ground" know what your staff is doing on a day to day basis. Not just stay in the office behind closed doors. Communicate to the whole office. Help employees with issues or concerns. Don't let them figure it out have them make a mistake and then try to dissolute an employee for somthing not being clearified.
