I have been working at White Lodging full-time

I've really learned a lot while working with white lodging. They are one of the top management companies with the best learning tools. I've met some great people along my journey.

50 hour work week burns you out fast. No work life balance. It's like running a race when everyone else gets a 10 hour head start. I'm sure I could accomplish more in 8 hours feeling refreshed then dragging through a 10 hour day.

    Advice to Management

Cut down on all the reports and reports to analyze reports and then repirts to analyze those reports. Let us do our job and get out of the office so we can spend more time with our family so we come back the next day smiling and full of energy. I love my co workers but would like to see them less than my own children
