I worked at WideNet Consulting as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

I heard from various members of WideNet at different times to check up on me and make sure that things were still going well, to let me know about changes, etc. I also appreciated feedback they were getting about me from the employer I was working for.

And another big pro: I got medical/dental benefits.

    Cons

    Can't think of a con.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Suggestion: What about an exit interview when we complete a job? Ask us for an updated resume. Ask us if we want you to continue looking for jobs for us. Ask us how our recruiter did for us.
