    Pros

Great people want to work with great people! Everyone takes ownership of their work and is always looking for ways to improve the overall process, product and culture. The team is open to change and trying new things so if you see something that needs done and take the initiative, you will be given the support, training, and opportunities to run with it. The flexible work environment is due to people being self-managment and being accountable for their own work. As long as the work is done, you can take the time off you need, when you need it.

The company has grown over the years and made their employee satisfaction the first priority and part of the culture. CEO's mantra is that happy employees will create great products which will bring in the customers. Transparency from the top down actually occurs by sharing financial information, forecasts, failures and mission to all employees.

    Cons

Growing pains as the company gains success and technology changes. You have to be willing to change and roll with the change and realize nothing will be perfect. There is not time to perfect a process before a new technology comes along that diverts the plan and helps the company gain value.
