I have been working at Wildfire Interactive

    Pros

-Being a part of something truly groundbreaking. The company is making waves in the market, both with clients and people who want to work here
-Some really talented people work here but they can still laugh at themselves/don't take themselves too seriously
    -Free snacks
-Chance to really make a visible impact on the business
    -Autonomy in your daily work
    -Free snacks.

    Cons

-Pretty long hours, even by industry standards. But the guys here make it a good place to be. Expect this to hopefully improve once the UK office grows and we move out of start up mode.
-Management sometimes inaccessible but again, still in start up mode and management under lots of pressure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even though things are crazy and there's lots of pressure, never forget to show respect to the team regardless of how busy you are.
