    I have been working at Wiley full-time for more than 5 years


    Nice benefits package, good work/life balance culture, possibilities for telecommuting, managers offer clear vision of the expectations and goals.


    Workforce disruption, leading to numerous departures of talent, both self-directed and company-directed. Upper management seems to either not care or fails to convey future strategy to employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Less lip service and provide a clearer path to the road ahead, rather than react with words after job cutting.
