    The pay is competitive. With that being said, neither is particularly worth the tension and anxiety that employees have the endure (at least in the NY office).


    My experience is limited to the NY office. Management and oversight is virtually non-existent; everything rolls up to one person, something that is inherently dangerous as there is no check-and-balance system. The line between professional and personal is very thin, if at all existent. Clients are oftentimes (inappropriately) bad-mouthed and staffing is all but a revolving door. The NY office relies on only two primary clients, so there is not a significant amount of work variance or job security.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company HQ should have greater oversight on regional offices. 360 reviews reporting up to the CEO should be implemented for all full-time staff.
