    Pros

The people you could meet are nice

    Cons

It is a family company and they do not know what they are doing. They are their own worst enemies and will be responsible for the demise of thier own company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees, do not treat them like garbage, they are your driving force and the ones who make your customers come back...the only reason some come back. The customers are just as "annoyed" as the employees.
