I have been working at Williams-Sonoma part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really do enjoy working for this company. Employee discount is great! Job is fun if you enjoy cooking and the home industry. Started as seasonal hire and hired on permanent part time.

    Cons

Working in customer service is tough but you need to have a thick skin. This applies to any retail job you work. Not a commission based position but sales are tracked. When you don't make your sales goals hours a cut! Company seems to value profits over employee satisfaction. Numerous times my shift was cut due to low profits. Currently seeking a second job since I have a Bachelor's degree and get .10 more than minimum wage. Pay is okay.
