I have been working at Wilshire Associates full-time

    Pros

Location of the Santa Monica headquarters. That's it, literally.

    Cons

The firm exists solely to line Dennis Tito's pockets. The man is a classic psychopath CEO who will use and manipulate people to his own gain. Most senior management is either in on the game or powerless to make any real change. Zero reinvestment in the business; it's being milked out. Massive turnover and loss of brainpower in the last few years. The business is a shell of what it once was and a house of cards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None. They're powerless. Dennis Tito doesn't care what the long-term results of his policies are anyway and he is the only one that calls the shots.
