    Pros

Highly talented attorneys/agents; staff has tremendous potential but lack leadership or direction or training. Compensation is excellent, but benefits, vacation poor.

    Cons

There was no communication within the organization. Strong new candidates seem to be penalized from upper management---they reacted as if their job was 'threatened' and often passively aggressively penalized the person. Management, Firm requirements and partner leadership all pulled in different directions. No uniformity or agreements. The lack of management overall resulted in poor staff morale and commitment to work. People came and went as they pleased since HR and partners are out of the office frequently. IT systems are always down which made work very difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

IT department needs tremendous improvements. Firm management, lead partners and associates need to be on the same page with standard practice, billing procedures and processes. Core hours need to be set and monitored for staff.
