    I worked at Wilson Trucking

    Pros

None to speak of at this time. Failing business for years. Not profitable. The best thing is that the company will train you to drive. I guess they still do that. They trained me to drive years ago.

    Cons

No raises in years, failing business, top heavy, poor communications with employees. Not too concerned with employee welfare. This was always a good company until Chuck Wilson took over CEO duties.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like you would like to be treated. Communicate with them. Tell them what is going on in the industry and with the company. Explain your path planned to make the company profitable once again.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
