I have been working at Windstream full-time for more than a year

If you enjoy a challenging job, Windstream is the place. The personal benefits such as insurance are average cost with the option for reimbursement by completing health physical and training.

Most positions have more workload than they can handle. Most of the day is spent handling expedited work or rework something that was overlooked or completed incorrectly the first time.

There is little or no training of the multiply systems. The company doesn't utilize the systems they do have effectively by implementing system automation.

The individual companies purchased in the last few years still work in their own silo. The employees of those companies are not willing to share their knowledge or assist others due to what I feel if their fear of losing their employment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I feel management should work on a solution to remove the silos by either switching managers or employees. The increase in good training would give a sense of security to the employee and eliminate a lot of rework. The focus on quality would ensure the revenue.
