    I worked at Windward full-time (less than a year)


    The best reason to work here is senior management is so disorganized there is not much work to do. Most of us like to work and be busy but this was the only positive comment I would make.


    The CEO has built a terrible culture. If you want to get some insight into how he operates read his response to the negative review below.

    The most valuable asset of a company is the people who work for you. Treating people poorly is the key reason your company is failing. You most hold everyone to the same standards including management. It is not worth spending time to write to much here.
