I worked at Wine Warehouse full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They pay much quicker on incentives and car allowances than any of the other companies. Great portfolio of beer and wine. Good benefits, and they give you enough space to work independently.

    Cons

Unrealistic sales expectations, especially on their worst selling products. Expect to put in an average of 50-60 hours a week if you want to get everything done the way they expect you to. Compared to all your competitors, you have way more to do in a bigger territory with much less support. Taking care of beer alone could be a full time job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need more access to merchandisers, and maybe even have somebody take care of beer all around to give sales reps some time to focus on kissing butt and selling wine.
