Current Employee - Press Operator in Senoia, GA

I have been working at Winpak full-time (more than 3 years)

The benefits and on the job training are above par. There is plenty of work. Received good training.

The pay for everyone excluding management is horrible. Supervisors are drunks. Do not take care of maintenance on their machines. No sick time days. Not enough helpers due to the word on the street of pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please clean up your management at the Senoia location and increase the pay. The moral at this plant is low and spreads like a virus.
