    Pros

For the most part, you're left alone in the store to take care of things on your own. Very little interference from management.

    Cons

They pass themselves off as part of Sprint, when they are in fact an independent third party dealer. The pay is horrible and management expects you to "do your part" by working at various stores around the Puget Sound area. "Training" is practically nonexistant, and new employees are left to figure things out on their own.

    Advice to Management

If you want top caliber talent working for you, you need to pay a competitive wage. With zero benefits, half the wage of an actual sprint store, and incompetent management, it's no wonder you can't seem to hold onto your employees for longer than a few months.
