Used to be wonderful but went right down the toilet.

I worked at Wireless Vision full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Only pro I can think of now is that you got paid some money at all.

    Cons

Where do I begin? Low pay, long horrible hours, being told to lie to customers, Best Buy employees that brought one company down and doing the same now, ever changing commission structure, padding numbers then having ridiculous company meetings that give awards for the biggest liar of the quarter. And by liar I mean saying you got 100% of people to get data on their plan when CLEARLY that's IMPOSSIBLE! Yet upper management praises this ridiculousness with awards and special mentions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to management is stop lying to your customers to pad numbers. It's completely unethical! This used to be a great place to work and I used to have nothing but respect for Saber. That all went down the toilet when he put the new management team in St. Louis and destroyed the market and threw us to the wolves. Saber, do the right thing and fire them all and get real numbers. It's too late for me but do the right thing for incoming employees.
