    I worked at Wireless Vision

    Pros

when I started with the company everything was great starting with with commission down to work life balance benefits were or and PTO was good

    Cons

goals are too high staffing is insufficient. There was no room to grow unless you were a butt kisser They were more concerned about numbers than staffing. And then when the did hire it took to long for the training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Saber has no clue as to what goes on with his own company. Be more in tune with your people not just your people.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
