I have been working at Wireless Vision full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

This is a people company that puts a significant amount of thought and care into taking care of associates and management that are with them. There have been multiple changes over the course of the last calendar year that have changed the commission structure to benefit employees and to do the right thing. Since I came aboard with Wireless Vision, they deleted the lower tier on the commission structure for sales associates because they wanted to put everyone on equal footing which was huge. They put out pulse surveys once a quarter to see what changes the field would like to see and get a gauge of how things are going. Typically the front line never sees actual changes from this in other companies that I have worked for, however, with Vision we always see and feel a change after a survey. The last one in particular the company lowered our out of pocket costs for benefits while keeping the coverage levels the same. It put over a thousand dollars back in my pocket for a full year which is huge. We had a tragic Tornado that occurred in Moore Oklahoma this year and the next morning we had people from the corporate office calling down and checking on us asking what they could do to help. Working for Vision over the course of the last year has been a great experience and they continually do the right thing for the people. If you want to work for a company that pays great, takes care of their people, and celebrates success, don't look any farther.

    Cons

I don't have any feedback on this portion. Vision has always done the right thing whether it affects one individual or a group of individuals.
