    Pros

    High caliber of co-workers
    Some flexibility in work hours and location, although that probably depends upon your immediate supervisor and department
    Paid time off merges sick and vacation time, and you can take time off in hourly increments.

    Cons

    Growing inequity between upper management and employees in terms of work environment. Decisions made at upper levels that indicate lack of understanding about work processes and burdens on lower-level employees. Upper management does not take advantage of problem-solving abilities of lower-level employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Show more respect for the knowledge and experience of your employees. People are more willing to change if they feel they have input and the respect of management.
