    Pros

Good benefits, steady salary raise, co-workers are overall nice and easy-going, flexible hours and plenty of people work from home. The business is in an industry that has low hanging fruits and not under pressure to nickel and dime and worry about income. Global revenue continues growing and leverages on the high-tech advancement. Cloud usage definitely provides the company a promising future. The company is constantly embracing changes from a global strategy perspective.

    Cons

Lots of aged employees seem to be in their comfort zone, not going up on the corporate ladder and not motivated but just waiting to retire; on the other side newer and younger employees don't have good opportunity to grow into management roles even though they are ambitious. Several re-orgs got rid of senior executives among whom some are really talented and energetic; budget cuts let go young analysts who were actually adding values and willing to learn; while those mediocre and older employees stay for ever.

    Advice to Management

Transitioning to new technology era also means transitioning of people - mediocre employees who stay in the company "forever", lack motivation to grow should be let go; younger and more aggressive employees with up-to-date skill sets should be hired and trained instead.
