I worked at Wolters KluwerPros
WK is a good company - can be great once again. Room to grow, but you need the right people, people with talent and vision.....Modern Reps, Modern Methods........
Benefits - decent
Good work life balance - the best I have seen....Prior to the Re-orgCons
Losing to many people, the intellectual property is at a minimum. A handful of key employees in TAA Software are holding up the walls. The new Managers, DSM's, VP's.....Old dated, using fear to motivate is ridiculous in 2015. Training is non existent, outside of a former Rep running around like chicken with his head chopped off, while Vet FSR's are overworked by said DSM's who seem to lack the knowledge, motivation, and insight to prepare their people.
Losing the top DSM "Mr Government Engagement :)"
Current Software MGMT - The job is to big for them...You need intellect, empathy, and morals to WIN.
Compensation - Just ask around no news here....Unacceptable fact many Reps and DSM's are owed money.
The leaders made mistakes....Hiring outside consultants - AON - to decide the fate of your sales force? Comp plans are EASY, Territory Management is Easy.......
VALUE your performers, Value your IP
T&C - You allowed the best people to be chased off...
I have not even touched on the biggest Con....The products.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Admit the failures, admit you were lied to and made bad moves. Sales operations, structure of the inside and outside team can be turned into a cash cow once again. Dallas should be more profitable.RecommendsNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
