Fun and casual environment, easy work, but little support.

I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time (more than an year)

Co-workers are awesome and easy to get along with. The work, is really easy for most people and easy to catch on fast. Benefits are great, especially if you have a family. Awesome place to get some entry level corporate experience. Lots of PTO and schedule flexibility when needed.

Management team is in a constant state of confusion and communicate with each other and their teams very little. Instead of hearing about changes from upper management, you end up learning of these changes by making a mistake. Very mundane work, gets old very fast. Doesn't seem to be much opportunity for growth, and the pay isn't that great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to communicate with each other and foster a professional work environment. Stop playing favorites and start encouraging more.
