I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time

Good work-life balance, very open to new ideas from employees, generous vacation days

HR is not strict enough on issues with management, and in general, aren't engaged enough with employees. Also, compensation is nowhere near industry standard. No bonuses are given, and promotions are very few to none. There isn't enough monetary incentive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take better care of non-manager employees and compensate them better. Then, there will be less turnover.
