I worked at World Vision full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent international development that seeks long term change, compensation is fair for nonprofit

    Cons

stress pushed down from everyone in management to the admins, no raises in 2 years. People are in positions they are not well suited for which is an added burden of productivity. A LOT of turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Share your values of love and respect to all your employees. Be careful with unilateral decisions that affect everyone. It feels like the US Office should take its wonderful principals used in the field and apply to internal operations.
