I worked at WorldLink full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They did reward hard work and talent. Great at increments and promotions.

    Cons

They don't give vacations easily and do not communicate with employees at personal level. They do not let you switch departments easily.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please take care of the employees especially freshers, they are your responsibility.
