FIX YOUR HR FUNCTIONS TO SUPPORT THE EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER, LISTEN TO THOSE WHO ARE WORKING AT THE CUSTOMER LEVEL "I DON'T CARE WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAYS" WHICH I HEARD FROM MANAGEMENT IS RIDICULOUS. BUILD A TEAM TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE AND THE CUSTOMER AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
