I worked at Wyndham Worldwide as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Senior management has clear vision, very professional.
Modern facilities and all the required tools provided.
    Good consulting rate.

    Cons

Middle management on business side wanted everything. When they ask for the moon, they get star dust...mostly dust.
Middle management on product and engineering side was afraid to to say no to anything, thus failure to meet immovable datelines.
Information Technology development largely outsourced to Cognizant. Positions not filled with H1 visa will be offered lowest rate imaginable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep expectation to a reasonable and achievable level.
