I worked at XAP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excluding the c-level management, everyone is great to work with.

    Cons

Very micro-managed and false promises to clients. c-level management is a joke and very clicky. If you value your sanity and well being, do not work here. Also, pay grade is very low for the work that is expected of everyone.

    Advice to Management

    fire yourselves.
