Current Employee - Pilot First Officer in Sacramento, CA

I have been working at XOJET full-time for more than a year

No Ties, Nice Aircraft, Decent Schedule, Good group of pilots, Great place to look for a better job, Better then Flight Instructing, Better pay then Walmart........

Pay is low for super midsize aircraft. RCA policy is nightmare. No incentive to stay more then the time it takes to get a better job. Major disconnect between pilots and Chief Pilot.... Could go on for hours

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to stop the mass exodus then address the pay issue immediately. 7 pilots left on my last rotation alone. At 40K a pilot to train, wouldn't it be smarter to try and hold onto the ones that are already here? Just my $0.02
