Xerox is innovative in that they are actually listening to the agents on the floor that work for the company. They are taking steps to improve employee morale and fairness among the "camp" and I like what I've seen and heard so far. I enjoy my job here at Xerox and I believe that we are on the verge of a new face of Customer service and support. If I didn't believe that, I would not be here.
I think that people coming in need to have more of a realistic view of Customer Service and what it will take to succeed in this role. Overall, there is an enthusiasm that the trainers give, but long term agents need to give the infusion of new blood a chance to do their thing. I think it will be good for all.
