I worked at Xerox full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

People are great, some fantastic characters and stories. Reputation in industry is good. Training is a definite plus. Travel can be an option for some.

    Cons

Pay is a joke. No reward or recognition for any function other than sales or senior management who are the only ones well paid. Like working in the public sector but without any job satisfaction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a grip. No one cares about your past glories. You have fantastic people in non-management positions, listen to them and not the yes men. Stop managing UP! You are running a pyramid like cult of self denial.
Encourage difference, change and ideas that are not yours.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
