    I worked at Xerox full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    -Decent benefits, decent pay
    -Xerox stock seems to be performing decently.

    Cons

    -Lack of leadership in management: management allows client to change terms and conditions (in the middle of projects) to signed contracts that have already been reviewed and approved by both Xerox and client. These changes usually benefit the client at the expense of the company and Xerox employees.

    -401k gets matched after a year of employment, which implies there are alot of former Xerox employees that work less than a year so the company saves alot of money. But then the question becomes why do employees work less than a year at Xerox??

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Management lacks vision and confidence of future outcomes on tasks in projects. When they get nervous about meeting their dramatic milestones in projects, they take it out on employees by making them work longer unnecessary (and unpaid) hours or giving them "discipline" reviews on bogus reasons.

    -Management needs better expectations on outcomes of tasks. If certain milestones cannot be met because of uncontrollable factors outside of Xerox and their employees, they cannot expect that the outcome will be successful and the milestone met.
