    I have been working at Xoom full-time (more than an year)


    It is a good place to learn new skills and there is a good working environment with peers. Good benefits: commute, health and others. Good economic rewards if you refer a friend for a new position.


    No recognition of achievements and a very weak performance review process. There is no opportunity to grow in the organization. Poor leadership, bad listeners and very hierarchical structure. A lot of criticism of what other teams do.
