    I have been working at Xpress Global full-time (more than 10 years)


    none. It' just a job.


    HR is trying to run the terminals and does not have a clue as how the operation should run. Upper management wants to be in total control and will not let terminal mangers make decision's without approval from regional mangers. They lie about bonuses and pay increases to all employees. There is NO job security. Equipment is old and not keep in proper operating condition. The Houston terminal got hand me down Equipment from the main terminal. Office Equipment was never updated. Still using an old ASA 400 system with windows XP in 2012. Corporate always had updated software and Equipment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make changes in the HR department and treat the terminals with respect instead of blaming them for employee turnover.
