I worked at YMCA (more than 5 years)

    Pros

They really do care about their members and helping out however possible.

    Cons

There are a limited group that know the finances and they take full advantage. Many travel all the time at company expense but the facility never benefits from these trips. This is the group that also has great health benefits, meanwhile many full time employees have nothing. Also, they only use checks, no direct deposit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut down on the full time employees travelling everywhere, let other employees try and get benefits.
