    I have been working at YP full-time for less than a year


    -Lots to do, never bored.
    -Management is very cool about adjusting your hours so you can go to doctors, appointments, etc. You know, since you're human and you have a life. As long as you make your hours and they don't hold you hostage at the office.
    -Great people, really friendly teamwork type environment. Assessments based on your own individual work so no one is pitting co-worker against co-worker here.
    -Awesome benefits! Really really good compared to what's on the market right now.
    -Lots of great employee appreciation events.
    -Great little cafe downstairs makes lunch super easy.


    -It's a corporate job. Expect corporate challenges and corporate fat. Constantly changing processes and policies. Learn to roll with it.
    -Vendor software suit limits your ability to do search optimizations, so you have to find a lot of work arounds. This really slows down your optimization speed.
    -Not a lot of engaging or stimulating problem solving challenges. Most challenges deal with software limitations or trying to figure out new corporate policies and procedures, rather than interesting mental challenges.
    -No work from home for Ops
    -The free coffee in the Tucker office is TERRIBLE. (Water tastes chemically, but that's a whole different story)
    -Not much upward mobility
    -Too many "coasters." There are a lot of left over ATT staff here who don't seem to want to pull their weight as far as workload and this is super frustrating. You've got enough awesome new yp people and contractors. Get rid of the slackers and make some of these rocking contractors full time employees!
    -Not a lot of opportunity for training other than from asking questions to more experienced co-workers. Very much a sink or swim kind of a deal with learning search.
    -Very demanding sales teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep improving yp client relationships. Keep the little guys happy and they'll tell their friends. Put more emphasis on actually selling the product and not an idealized version of the product just to make a sale. Keep it real. A
