I have been working at YP full-time (less than a year)

The people that I work with are phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and management wants to see you do well. The incentives and contests are very lucrative and you can make a lot of money if you work hard. With that being said this is not an easy job there is a new challenge every day (but that is why I love it). I will never be bored at YP and am super stoked about the future of the company!

The training (one week) was too short, I would have liked a least an overview on the sales process from beginning to end. As a salesperson you handle the whole sale and they do not teach you what to do after the customer agrees to sign up. Besides the training I really don't see any other cons, YP is an awesome place to work at and so much more than just a job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the training for the DSE's at least 2 weeks! 4.5 days barely scratched the surface and the first 3 or 4 sales when you get back are hard to find someone willing to help you key it in. Things that need to be introduced are adsell, salesforce, ifulfill and all of the help telephone lines.
