I worked at Yahoo as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

My team gave me near-complete freedom to work on my project as an intern, and supported me all through (even with radical ideas). Very thorough, we tested and documented everything, but weren't afraid to try out new things. Lot of interaction between teams, including the research labs. Co-workers are usually in high spirits, and the food is pretty awesome.

    Cons

Probably small websites that have little to no traffic, but they've started to deal with that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Perhaps some more investment in marketing would be great for the company image.
