Great market positioning for Career Center sales.
Still some great sales professionals left trying to do a good job for their customers and association partners.Cons
Have been employed with company more than a couple of years.
January 2014 restructured compensation structure caps commission income potential.
Reorganized roles removes reasons many were excited to work there -- used to be that you could establish and grow your own relationships with customers, like having your own business, and grow your income. Frequent restructuring takes that away for most.
President and COO tone deaf with non-existent people skills. Career Center has been subjected to frequent assignment reorganizations and income-potential cutting restructures, including failed salespeople partnerships with income sharing, killing innate commissioned sales entrepreneurial spirits.
Many recent resignations among sales management (2), sales professionals (more than a few) and very key operations support staff (2). Very low morale among remaining salespeople. Expect many more resignations. Current experienced sales/management talent seems very unappreciated.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Restore Career Center sales assignments to encourage stability and growth of book of business with growing client base.
Reinstate significant commission incentives.
