I have been working at Youth Villages

    Good work environment
    Positive supervisors and staff
Competitive salary (it doesn't seem true, but after applying for other jobs I found it pays much more than competitors)
    Provides additional training
Encourages employees to pursue promotions within the company
    Complete paperwork from home

During school year you end up working a lot of evenings, yet meetings and office time are often held in the morning
Always on call to families during the week
Mileage reimbursement does not make up for wear and tear to motor vehicle
In home therapy can be problematic for individuals with allergies to smoke and animals

    Approves of CEO
