    I have been working at Zeiders Enterprises

    Pros

    Rewarding work serving military members and their families.

    Cons

    Pay is lagging the industry. Same jobs available with non-profits for nearly double the salary.
    Poor orgnaizational leadership-Right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Makes for frustrating and confusing workplace. Leading to it being extremely inefficient. Training for onboarding is lengthy in regards to the history of the organization and compliance issues but nonexistent for job specific duties.
    Lack of upward mobility.advancement
    Annual pay increases are across the board regardless of performance and or lack there of.
    Employer targets hiring military spouses yet will not negotiate and increase in pay for not using company health coverage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train your employees
    Set up a recognition program
    Create an upward mobility program that allows employees to adance within the organization
    Understand that employees need a reason to stay with the organization if you aren't willing to pay them a competitive salary. Workplace structure and organization will help to keep morale up and make employees feel good about what they are doing.
