    I have been working at Zendesk full-time (more than 3 years)


    My career has seen tremendous growth since joining up. I've had tons of opportunities and my work has been consistently rewarded. I've also seen many of my colleagues experience similar trajectories, and not just people that excel only at selling themselves. The company culture is strong, and things are going well through a busy and eventful year. Feel good about compensation and the HR policies around time off, etc are good and seem to always be getting better.


    The company is growing really quickly. That's great, but can be hard at times. Beautiful new HQ in SF is a joy to work in, but many partially empty floors (prepping for explosive growth) mean that it can feel a little empty; that'll be temporary though. It's no longer a place where I know everyone, but there is a shared vision. Zendesk isn't small, but you can build communities here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Encouraging skills growth a bit more would be good. Probably also could use fewer meetings overall.
