    I have been working at Zephyr Health full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    When I first joined, this company felt full of promise. We were growing fast, we raised a lot of money, and there was a lot of energy and seemingly strong leadership. Everything now seems to be going in the wrong direction. Our leadership team changes strategy and direction constantly and it's very frustrating. Nobody knows what we're doing and it's all very confusing. Almost all of my colleagues feel the same way.

    Cons

    We're lost at sea. The last few months, we've had non stop turnover. Everyone I like and respect has left the company, every backfill has been ten times worst than their predecessor and everyone I like and respect that's still here is interviewing like crazy to get out. Senior management seems lost. Town Hall meeting after Town Hall meeting to try and get the company aligned. The internal politics and in-fighting is unacceptable for a company our size. We hired a head of Engineering a few months back, he made a bunch more changes, and now he's already been let go?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Can we please figure out what we're doing and what we're building. Can we please have a real discussion about why things have gone so badly in the wrong direction. What are we doing to get things back on track? We are all grown-ups. Tell us the truth. We don't need a pep rally every other week, we need to know that you know what we need to do and how to get there. Fitbits, happy hours and nice company parties are nice, but it'd be better to know there's a plan.
