    I have been working at Zeta Interactive full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    At rapid growth companies commitment to an entrepreneurial spirit can often cease to exist. Not the case at Zeta.
    CEO:
    This commitment to entrepreneurship comes from the top of the organization, the CEO is a serial entrepreneur who loves nothing more than seeing his leaders thrive and build their own organizations, enhance their product lines and "own" every aspect of their business.
    Organizational Design:
    The organization is elegantly designed so that all discipline leads and their employees have real skin in the game related to their own product lines and the companies overall success. The leadership and general employee populations is comprised of well pedigreed, bright individuals committed to rolling up their sleeves and getting it done.
    Benefits:
    The company has a fantastic suite of medical and ancillary benefits. And as long as manager approves there is flexibility with work schedule as needed..
    Talent:
    Company has committed to bringing in top talent globally. Recently brought all recruiting in house with Ad Tech veteran.
    Communication:
    Leadership is constantly communicating with employee population to keep them apprised of the latest news going on with the company, through regularly scheduled town hall meetings and email news blasts. You're never not "in the know" as an employee weather located in headquarters or located in branch office.

    Cons

    Communication:
    With any global organization communication can always be improved- Zeta is no different, would behoove some of the disciplines disparately located to connect more frequently.
    Learning & Development:
    Commitment to training can always be enhanced- Zeta is no different. Leadership program for hi potentials exist as do strong training programs in India. Should begin to see more of these programs for the balance of population.
